MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE TOWN
BOARD OF THE TOWN OF MAMARONECK REGARDING
CONSOLIDATION OF VOTING DISTRICTS HELD ON
FRIDAY, AUGUST 13, 2004 AT 8:30 AM IN THE COURT
ROOM OF THE TOWN, 740 W. BOSTON POST ROAD,
MAMARONECK, NEW YORK
PRESENT:
Supervisor Valerie M. O'Keeffe
Councilwoman Phyllis Wittner
Councilwoman Judith A. Myers
Councilman Ernest C. Odierna
ABSENT:
Councilwoman Nancy Seligson
ALSO PRESENT:
Patricia A. DiCioccio, Town Clerk
CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Town Board was called to order by Supervisor
O'Keeffe at 8:25 AM.
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of
Mamaroneck does hereby approve the attached
consolidation of Election Districts for the September
14, 2004 Primary Election as follows:
DISTRICT 1 & 24 DISTRICT 14
MAMARONECK AVENUE SCHOOL CENTRAL SCHOOL
DISTRICTS 2 &28 DISTRICT 15
VOLUNTEERS FIREHOUSE STS. JOHN & PAUL
DISTRICT 3 DISTRICT 16
MAMARO FIREHOUSE CENTRAL SCHOOL
DISTRICT 4 & 17 &23 DISTRICTS 18
TOWN CENTER COURT ROOM WEAVER STREET FIREHOUSE
DISTRICT 5 DISTRICT 19
RESCUE SQUAD WEAVER STREET FIREHOUSE
DISTRICT 6 DISTRICT 20
CHATSWORTH AVE SCHOOL ST. JOHN & PAUL
DISTRICT 7 & 9 DISTRICT 22
CHATSWORTH AVE SCHOOL SARAH NEUMAN NURSING
DISTRICTS 8 &25 DISTRICT 26

The above resolution was put to a roll call vote:
Odierna - Aye
Myers - Aye
Wittner - Aye
O'Keeffe - Aye
US Amateur Open
The Supervisor said there were two streets left off the list when the Board
approved restrictions on parking during the open. One is Oxford and the other is
Winding Brook Road.
On motion of Councilwoman Myers, seconded by Councilwoman Wittner, it
was:
RESOLVED, that between the hours of 6:30
AM and 3:00 PM on August 16, 17, 18, 19,
20, 21 and 22, 2004, no parking will be
allowed on Oxford and Winding Brook
Roads, adding to the list of street
previously restricted; and
BE IT FURTHER
RESOLVED, that the Police Department of
the Town of Mamaroneck shall have the
authority to cause any motor vehicle
violating this temporary ban on parking to
be towed away at the owner's expense.
ADJOURNMENT
On motion of Councilwoman Myers, seconded by Councilwoman Wittner, the
meeting was unanimously adjourned into at 9:10 AM.
