THE TOWN OF MAMARONECK HELD ON AUGUST 19, 2001 AT
3:30 PM IN CONFERENCE ROOM A OF THE TOWN CENTER, 740
W. BOSTON POST ROAD, MAMARONECK, NEW YORK
PRESENT:
Supervisor Valerie M. O'Keeffe
Councilwoman Phyllis Wittner
Councilwoman Judith A. Myers
Councilman Ernest C. Odierna
ALSO PRESENT:
Stephen V. Altieri, Town Administrator
Richard Rivera, Police Chief
Craig Benson, Special Labor Counsel
CALL TO ORDER
The special meeting of the Town Board was called to order by Supervisor O'Keeffe at 3:30
PM.
The Town Supervisor indicated that a personnel matter in the Police Department required
review by the Town Board. The matter required discussion in executive session.
On motion by Councilwoman Myers, second by Councilwoman Wittner, it was unanimously
Resolved, that the Town Board hereby adjourn into executive
session to discuss a personnel matter.
The Town adjourned from executive session.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Town Board, the special meeting was
adjourned at 4:45 PM.
