TOWN OF MAMARONECK,
held, August 15th, 1922.
The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Burton
at 10/10 P.M.
PRESENT: Supervisor Burton
Justices Boyd, Collins and Dudley,
Town Clerk Sherman.
Upon motion duly seconded, it was voted to dispense
with the reading of minutes of meetings not yet approved.
The report of the Building Commission for the month
of July was received and read, showing permits issued as fol-
lows: 5 dwellings, 2 alterations, 2 garages and 2 permits for
blasting and fees collected amounting to $102.00. Same was
ordered noted in the minutes and placed on file.
The report of the Police Department for the month of
July was received and read showing 46 arrests and fines in
the amount of $670.00. Same was ordered noted in the minutes and
and placed on file.
The report of the Receiver of Taxes for the month of
July was received, read, ordered placed on file and is as follows:
August 1st, 1922.

Pursuant to Section 23 of the Westchester County Tax
Law I hereby respectfully report the amount of State, County,
Town, School, Highway and Special District taxes, together with
the interest and penalties thereon, collected by me during the
month of July, 1922.

The report of the Town Clerk for the month of July,
was received, read, ordered placed on file and is as follows:

I beg to submit herewith the report of the Town Clerk
of fees collected in this office for the month of July, 1922
as follows:
Dog licenses issued 400 $100.00
Hunting licenses " 3 .75
Marriage " " 10 10.00
Hacking licenses " 4 10.00
Chattels filed 60 7.20
Total, $127.95
Enclosed find check for the above amount made to your
order.

A communication from the Board of Sewer Commissioners
was received and read requesting the Town Board to publish in
a local newspaper the rules and regulations of the Sewer Comm-
ission in relation to sewer house connections to public sewers.
Upon motion, duly seconded it was upon ROLL CALL,
RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk be and he
hereby is authorized. and empowered to
publish in the Larchmonter Times, the
rules and regulations for house conn-
ections to public sewers which was ad-
opted by the Town Board at a meeting
held on May 17th, 1922., and it was
further
RESOLVED, that the cost thereof is hereby
made a proper town charge.
The Committee on new town offices report progress and
they further report that they will meet on Sunday August 20th
at 10.30 A.M.
The Supervisor reported that the drain on the fire
house property will have to be moved on account of changes made
in the plans of the new fire house.
Upon motion, duly seconded, it was upon ROLL CALL,
RESOLVED, that the matter of the fire
house drain be referred to the Supt.
of Highways and Supervisor with power.
Upon motion, the meeting adjourned at 11.50 P.M.
