HomeMy WebLinkAbout1921_10_20 Town Board Minutes Meeting of the Town Board. PRESENT: TOWN OF MAMARONECK, Supervisor Burton, held, October 20th, 1921. Justices Boyd, Dudley Town Clerk Sherman. The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Burton at 9.15 P.M. The minutes of the meeting of September 28th, 1921, were read and upon motion approved. The report of the Receiver of Taxes for the month of September 1921, was received, read, ordered placed on file and is as follows: October 1st, 1921. The report of the Building Commission was received and read, showing tees received for the month of September 1921 for building and blasting permits amounting to $174.00. Same was ordered noted in the minutes and placed on file. The Police resort for the month of September 1921, showing 19 arrests with fines amounting to $325.00 was received, read, ordered noted in the minutes and placed on file. The report of the Town Clerk for the month of Sept- ember 1921, was received, read, ordered placed on file and is as follows: October 1st, 1921. Hon. Geo. W. Dear Sir; I herewith submit my report of fees collected in the Town Clerk's office for the month of September, 1921 as follows: Dog licenses issued 10 $2.50 Hunting; " " 23 5.75 Marriage " " 6 6.00 Chattels filed 27 3. 24 Total, $17.49 Check covering amount made to the order of Supervisor. The report of the Supervisor for the month ending August 31st, 1921, was received, read, ordered placed on file and is as follows; September 1st, 1921. The Clerk reported the receipt of a depository bank bond of the First National Bank of Mamaroneck in the sum of $25,000.00 Same was ordered referred to Counsellor Gamble for his approval as to sufficiency and form and if found correct to be filed with the Supervisor. Upon motion, the meeting adjourned at 10.15 P.M. Town Clerk.
