CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Wassman at 8:03 PM.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
On motion of Mrs. Washington, seconded by Mrs. Williams, the minutes of
September 25, 1991 were approved as corrected.
LAMBORGHINI, NY - CONN CORP (continued)
Some members of the Board had been startled to see a black stripe painted
on the building. This stripe had never been demonstrated on a plan
before this Board. The Board also found the landscaping plan to be
lacking. There were not enough plants, and specifics on the beds were
not definite. Therefore, the Board decided to revise the plan itself.
On motion of Mrs. Williams, seconded by Mr. Immerman, the Board
unanimously decided that two Zelkovas should be planted 10' from the
curb-cut in the grassy strip, and two Bradford Pears should be planted on
the property lines.
The Board approved planting a bed of 25 Arbor Vitaes 3' - 4' high, 4' on
center, on the property line with the Alden House Apartments and a bed of
10 Pyrocanthas on the property line with Kentucky Fried Chichen. The
planting bed along the Post Road shall be planted with Tamarix Junipers,
4' on center, staggered. Cinque Foil and Tamarix Junipers shall be
planted on the triangular beds on the other side of the curb-cuts.
The Board agreed that it had not been presented with an adequate plan.
It requested a full landscaping plan with depiction of the species
chosen. The Board needs to see a plan with the parking lot lights on it
and a plan showing the stripe on the building. It was agreed, however,
that Mr. Jakubowski could oversee this planting in order to catch the
fall planting season.

KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN
Mr. Jakubowski reported that the national company of Kentucky Fried
Chicken had taken over the Mamaroneck franchise on the Post Road and was
remodeling it. The outside will be painted, trees (2 Zelkovas) will be
planted and landscaping and curb-cuts repaired. A pole sign will
probably be installed. Care will be taken to not place the sign too
close to the Lamborghini sign and for the proposal to be brought to the
BAR.
ADJOURNMENT
On motion of Mrs. Washington, seconded by Mrs. Williams, the meeting was
adjourned at 9 PM.
