BOARD OF ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW
SEPTEMBER 21, 2020
Present: Edward Jacobson, Chairman, Diane Blum, Ken Ricci, Susan Healey

CALL TO ORDER
MINUTES
1. 1385 Boston Post Road Landscape Plan
Michael DePasquale, the projects architect stated the landscape architect was unable to attend the
meeting.
Mr. Jacobson stated the landscape plan is more detailed, and is impressed with the diversity
Ms. Blum stated that that she likes the concept but needs clarification that it makes sense
architecturally
Mr. Jacobson suggested the landscape architect return with an elevation plan so the Board can visualize
the planting plan.
Mr. Ricci asked for photos of the proposed plants.
Mr. DePasquale stated he understands.
The matter was adjourned to October.
2. 1329 Boston Post Road Sign
Karnit Mosberg the real estate agent for the owner of the property explained the request for a
temporary For Lease sign.
Ms. Brill confirmed the sign is zoning compliant.
The Board discussed the sign and found that it is temporary therefore having no lasting negative impact
Motion: To approve the For Lease sign
Action: Unanimously approved
