Brill CALL TO ORDER at 8:00p.m. 1-3 Dillon Road Dan Laub of the law firm of Cuddy and Feder addressed the Board, stating the project engineer is on the way. They are there for three new antennas in the existing parapet. At present there are 2 antennas per sector totaling 6 in all they are just adding one more to each sector, to improve coverage. He further explained the EBI letter that Mr. Jacobson received and responded to stating that the building itself if not historical. Mr. Laub, explained that T-Mobile was already on the building when AT&T originally applied, June 15, 2006 they received comments from the BAR and referral to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a height variance. The Zoning Board must issue the least variance required for the applicant to achieve their goals and reduced the height by placing the antennas on the face of the building rather than the roof. When they first applied AT&T asked for 12 antennas, the zoning board reduced the request to 6 but the permit inadvertently was issued for 12, only 6 were installed. The Board reviewed plan and orientation of the antennas requested. The Board stated that the antennas are already on the building and they can’t undo what has already been done. A design solution should be figured out for the future rather than slapping them on the building. Only one array is conspicuous Mr. Jacobson stated that he had to look for the existing antennas. A motion was made by Mr. Ricci to approve the application of 1-3 Dillon Road to approve the three new AT&T LTE antennas, seconded by Ms. Neff, unanimously. ADJOURNMENT On motion of Mr. Ricci, seconded by Ms. Neff unanimously, the meeting was adjourned at 8:33p.m. NEW BUSINESS Ms. Neff asked about the planting in front of T-Mobile, stating they are very dry probably will not survive.
