MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE
BOARD OF ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW OF THE TOWN OF MAMARONECK
JUNE 19, 2008, IN THE SENIOR CENTER, TOWN CENTER
740 WEST BOSTON POST ROAD, MAMARONECK, NEW YORK
Present: Edward Z. Jacobson, Chairman
Andrew D. Fredman
Donald Meeker

Absent: Ronald A. Carpaneto, Director of Building

CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Jacobson called the meeting to order at 8:00PM.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes were postponed.
Chairman Jacobson read the application as follows.
Ink it up LTD. 2423 Boston Post Road sign permit
Nicholas Ruggiero the Applicant appeared and addressed the Board. Mr. Ruggiero stated that
he wants to open a screen print shop on the premises located at 2423 Boston Post Road. He
has also stated that he has been before the Planning Board requesting a special use permit,
and the Board has approved his application.
The Board discussed the application and asked the applicant to come back with a plan for an
awning.
NEXT MEETING
The next meeting of the Board of Architectural Review will be held on July 17, 2008.
ADJOURNMENT
Upon a motion duly made and seconded, the meeting was unanimously adjourned.
