29th, 1919.
The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Burton at 8:30 P.M.
Present: Supervisor Burton, Justices Collins, Boyd, Dudley and
Shafer , Clerk Fairchild: Ralph A. Gamble , Counsel.
Upon motion the reading of minutes of previous meetings not yet
approved, was dispensed with.
A communication from Mr. Clarence McMillan, Esq., in relation to
unpaid taxes on property owned by Mrs. Dorn was presented to the meeting.
Upon motion duly seconded, it was VOTED: That the matter be re-
ferred to Counsel, for investigation, and if upon a favorable report of
Counsel, the Supervisor and Receiver of Taxes are authorized and em-
powered to take the necessary steps to see that the matter is cleared
as of record.
The Report of the Receiver of Taxes for the month of July was
presented, read, ordered filed, and is as follows :

Pursuant to Section 23 of the Westchester County Tax Law I
hereby respectfully report the amount of State, County, Town,

A communication was presented to the meeting from the Commissioner
of Jurors in relation to list of Jurors for the current year.
Upon motion duly seconded, it was NOTED: That the Registration and
Election Notices for the year 1919 in accordance with Section 292 of the
Election Law be published in the Mamaroneck Paragraph and in the Larch-
monter Times.
Upon motion duly seconded, it was VOTED; that the Board approve
the increase in rental for Justice Collins' office, and that the lease
be submitted to Counsel.
It was moved, seconded and VOTED: That the Clerk notify all In-
spectors of Election to be present for the Primary Election Days.
On motion, the meeting adjourned at 10:20 P.M. to meet on Tues-
day, September 2nd, 1919, to compile Jury Lists.
