NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
TOWN BOARD
TOWN OF MAMARONECK
Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the
Town Law, I hereby call a Special Meeting of
the Town Board, to be held in the Supervisor's
Office at 740 West Boston Post Road, Village
of Mamaroneck, at 7:45 A.M. on Wednesday,
November 23, 1983 for the sole purpose of
considering a motion to immediately recess
into Executive Session to discuss personnel
matters.

MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE TOWN
BOARD OF THE TOWN OF MAMARONECK, HELD ON
THE 23RD DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1983, AT THE
TOWN CENTER, 740 WEST BOSTON POST ROAD
AT 7:45 A.M.
Present: Supervisor Leo Goldsmith, Jr.
Councilman Lee H. Bloom
Councilman Thomas R. Amlicke
Councilwoman Caroline Silverstone
Absent: Stewart J. McMillan
Also Present: Stephen V. Altieri, Town Administrator
Dolores Battalia, Supervisor Elect
Supervisor Goldsmith called the meeting to order at 7:50 A.M.
Supervisor Goldsmith noted that the meeting is being held pursuant
to notice and explained the reason for the meeting. Whereupon on a
motion by Councilman Amlicke and seconded by Councilwoman Silver-
stone, it was unanimously
RESOLVED, that this Board hereby adjourns
into Executive Session for the purpose of
discussing matters of personnel.
The discussion in the Executive Session revolved around the replace-
ment of the Town Attorney. The Town Board reached a consensus that
the final decision would be made after the new Town Board takes office
in 1984.
On motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously decided to adjourn
the Executive Session and reconvene the Special Meeting of the Town
Board.
At that time, on motion by Councilman Amlicke and Councilwoman Silver-
stone, the Special Meeting was unanimously declared adjourned at 9:30 A.M.
