MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF MAMARONECK
HELD ON THE 28TH DAY OF DECEMBER 1984
IN THE CONFERENCE ROOM AT 437 WARD
AVENUE, MAMARONECK, NEW YORK
The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Battalia at 8:10 A.M.
Present were the following:
Supervisor Dolores A. Battalia
Councilman Lee H. Bloom
Councilman Thomas R. Amlicke
Councilwoman Caroline Silverstone
Absent:
Councilman Lawrence A. Lerman
Also present:
Stephen V. Altieri, Town Administrator
On motion by Councilman Bloom and seconded by Councilwoman Silver-
stone, it was unanimously
RESOLVED, that the Board adjourn into
Executive Session to discuss matters
of personnel.
The Town Board discussed and reviewed candidates for the position
of Police Commissioner
On motion by Councilwoman Silverstone and seconded by Councilman
Bloom, the Executive Session was adjourned.
There being no further business to come before the Town Board, on
motion by Councilman Bloom and seconded by Councilwoman Silverstone,
the meeting was adjourned at 9:10 A.M.
