MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF MAMARONECK
HELD ON THE 15TH DAY OF DECEMBER 1984
IN THE TOWN CENTER BUILDING AT 740 WEST
BOSTON POST ROAD, MAMARONECK, NEW YORK
The Supervisor called the meeting to order at 11:15 A.M.
Present were the following:
Supervisor Dolores A. Battalia
Councilman Lee H. Bloom
Councilman Thomas R. Amlicke
Councilwoman Caroline Silverstone
Councilman Lawrence A. Lerman
Also present:
Stephen V. Altieri, Town Administrator
On motion by Councilman Bloom and seconded by Councilman Amlicke,
it was unanimously
RESOLVED, that the Board adjourn into
Executive Session to discuss matters
of personnel.
The Town Board discussed a candidate for the position of Police
Commissioner.
On motion by Councilman Bloom and seconded by Councilwoman Silver-
stone, it was unanimously
RESOLVED, that the Town Administrator
is authorized to negotiate with the
preferred candidate for the position
of Police Commissioner.
On motion by Councilman Amlicke and seconded by Council Lerman, the
Executive Session was adjourned.
There being no further business to come before this Board, on motion
by Councilman Bloom and seconded by Councilman Amlicke, the meeting
was adjourned at 11:45 A.M.
