HomeMy WebLinkAbout1984_09_12 Town Board Special Minutes 233 MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF MAMARONECK HELD ON THE 12TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER 1984, IN THE COUNCIL ROOM OF THE WEAVER STREET FIREHOUSE, TOWN OF MAMARONECK The Deputy Supervisor called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. Present were the following: Deputy Supervisor Caroline Silverstone Councilman Lee H. Bloom Councilman Lawrence A. Lerman Also present: Stephen V. Altieri, Town Administrator Lee A. Hoffman, Jr. , Counsel to the Town Supervisor Dolores A. Battalia and Councilman Thomas R. Amlicke arrived at 7:45 P.M. On motion by Councilman Bloom and seconded by Councilman Lerman, it was unanimously RESOLVED, that this Board hereby adjourns into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing matters of personnel. Mr. Joseph Fisch appeared before the Town Board to discuss matters of Police personnel. On motion by Councilman Lerman and seconded by Councilwoman Silver- stone, the Executive Session was adjourned. David Willey of the Board of Ethics appeared before the Town Board to discuss the work completed by the Ethics Board and discuss their recommendations for amendments to the Code of Ethics. There being no further business to come before the Board, on motion by councilman Bloom and seconded by Councilman Lerman, the meeting was adjourned at 8:45 P.M. Respectfully submitted, Stephen V.
