MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE PLANNING BOARD
OF THE TOWN OF MAMARONECK, HELD SEPTEMBER 29,1958
AT POLICE HEADQUARTERS, 11 EDGEWOOD AVENUE, TOWN
OF MAMARONECK.
CALL TC ORDER
The Chairman called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m.
PRESENT: Mr. Fred Maggini, Chairman
Mr. G. Norman Blair
Mr. Henry E. Mullick
ABSENT: Mr. Joseph Rigano
Mr. John O'Conor
ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Maurice Friedlander, Town Engineer and
Building Inspector
PROPOSED SUBDIVISION--GLEN ROCK ESTATES
The Board discussed in detail the proposed subdivision maps
of Glen Rock Estates with Mr. James Ward, surveyor and
Mr. Joseph W. Gleicher, representing Glen Rock Estates
and Mr. William Glaser also of Glen Rock Estates. The
Town Engineer asked several questions which were answered
by Mr. Ward and Mr. Gleicher. Following this discussion on
motion by Mr. Mullick, seconded by Mr. Blair, the
following resolution was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED that a Public Hearing be called for the
regular meeting of the Planning Board to be held
October 6, 1958, to consider the approval of a sub-
division map or plat pursuant to Section 276 of
the Town Law;

I received notice today that there had been filed in the County Clerk's Cffice
a map of Sankey Realty Co., Inc T,ots 6-7-8 & 10 and parts of Lots 4 and 5.
May I call your attention to the fact that the resolution approving this sub-
division had the condition that n:, building permits shall be issued for the
construction of houses on any lot shown on said map unless or until Ralph
Polcini had furnished a bond in the sum of$8,5r'(' en fo• the completion of
improvements in the subdivision.
To the best of my knowledge this bond has never been filed and quoting from
the Town Attorney'a letter read at the Planning Board meeting May 5, 1958,
the map should not have been signed.
If you have any questions I think you should discuss this matter .with
Mr. Delius.

FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary be authorized
and directed to publish a notice of a Public Hearing on
or before October 1, 1958, in the official newspaper
of the Town of Mamaroneck, The Daily Times, such
notice to read as follows:
PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Joseph W. Gleicher Co., Inc. by
Joseph W. Gleicher, President, of 27 Cushman Road, Scarsdale,
New York has filed an application for consideration and approval
of Plans for the Subdivision of land known as Glen Rock Estates,
which is in Blocks 315-320, Parcels -1-82-874463-505-547-641-
178-710, Part of 30 and 98 on the Tax Assessment Map of the
Town of Mamaroneck.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Town of Mamaroneck
Planning Board pursuant to Sections 276 and 277 of the Town Law
and in accordance with the Rules and Regulations adopted by it
and approved by the Town Board will hold a public hearing on
Monday, October 6, 1958 at 8:30 p.m. in the room assigned to
this Board at Police Headquarters, 11 Edgewood Avenue, Town
of Mamaroneck at which it will consider the Proposed Plat or
Subdivision Plan as shown on "Subdivision Map for a Portion of
Section Three, Glen Rock Estates in the Town of Mamaroneck,
Westchester County, New York" made by T. J. McEvoy, New
York State License #21387 and dated September 22, 1958.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Town of Mamaroneck
Planning Board pursuant to Sections 276 and 277 of the Town Law
and in accordance with the Rules and Regulations adopted by it
and approved by the Town Board will hold a public hearing on
Monday, October 6, 1958 at 8:30 p.m. in the room assigned to
this Board at Police Headquarters, 11 Edgewood Avenue, Town
of Mamaroneck at which it will consider the Proposed Plat or
Subdivision Plan as shown on "Subdivision Map of Lots 8 and 9,
Section Two, Glen Rock Estates in the Town of Mamaroneck,
Westchester County, New York" made by T. J. McEvoy, New
York State License #21387 and dated September 12, 1958.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Town of Mamaroneck
Planning Board pursuant to Sections 276 and 277 of the Town Law
and in accordance with the Rules and Regulations adopted by it
and approved by the Town Board will hold a public hearing on

Monday, October 6, 1958, at 8:30 p.m. in the room assigned to
this Board at Police Headquarters, 11 Edgewood Avenue, Town
of Mamaroneck at which it will consider the Proposed Plat or
Subdivision Plan as shown on "Subdivision Map of Lots 6 and 7,
Section Two, Glen Rock Estates in the Town of Mamaroneck,
Westchs'ster County, New York"made by T. J. McEvoy, New
York State License #21387 and dated September 17, 1958.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all persons present will be
given an opportunity to be heard.
