RE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION SOUNDVIEW WOODS, INC.
The Chairman explained that the purpose of this meeting was
to discuss further the application of Soundview Woods, Inc.
He said that a study of the Clark Report, together with the
two proposed alternate layouts (Alternates "A" and "B"),
had been made by this Board, and they were substantially
in agreement with the proposals.
Mr. Brown was introduced, and he explained the two pro-
posed layouts. Discussion followed on the location of the
roads, easements, sewer connections, lot lines, pedestrian
easement, and drainage problems involved.
The Chairman requested that profiles showing storm drainage
facilities be submitted by the applicants. The applicants as-
sured the Board that the drainage problem would be worked
out to the satisfaction of the Town as well as to the people
who will reside in that area.

another meeting date.
