BOARD OF THE TOWN OF MAMARONECK, HELD MAY
4, 1959, AT POLICE HEADQUARTERS, 11 EDGEWOOD
AVENUE, TOWN OF MAMARONECK.
CALL TO ORDER
The Chairman Called the meeting to order at 8:30 p. m.
PRESENT: Mr. Fred Maggini, Chairman
Mr. Joseph Rigano
Mr. G. Norman Blair
Mr. Lee Bloom
ABSENT: Mr. Henry Mullick
ALSO PRESENT: Councilman Peter Kane
Maurice Friedlander, Town Engineer and
Building Inspector
MAP OF ROSELEA--JEROME R. BISCEGLIA
Mr. Jerome R. Bisceglia appeared and stated that he
would like the Board to waive the curb requirements
on Roselea Road which is shown on a map entitled
"Map of Roselea" in the Town of Mamaroneck, West-
chester County, New York filed in the County Clerk's
Office September 21, 1954, as Map #9359.
Mr. Bisceglia showed plans and specifications for the
construction of curbing, streets, drains, etc. on the
road in question.
Following examination of these plans and discussion as
to types of curbing etc. Mr. Bisceglia was advised to

arrange to submit an application and have a public
hearing on the matter.
Mr. Maggini, chairman, stated that in the interest of
time a special meeting would be held on May 18, 1959,
and instructed the secretary to take the necessary
steps to get the notice of public hearing in the paper.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before this
meeting it was adjourned at 9:00 p. m.
