Mr. Maggini told him the Board would be most interested in hearing any remarks regarding the proposed zoning. Mr. Parsons stated that the members of the Larchmont Hills Civic Association are very much opposed to having the property, owned by Mr. Guadagnola, zoned for office buildings. They feel that this would be a down-grading of the property and would cause depreciation to their property. Mr. Rigano pointed out that the proposed zoning was for the good of the Town as a whole and that be zoning it for office buildings the Town would receive more tax money. Mr. Melvin Helitzer, 11 Lafayette Road, also appeared and spoke in opposition to the re-zoning of the Guadagnola property. He produced a copy of the Covenant Restrictions on file in the County Clerk's office and pointed out that Mr. Guadagnola was aware of these restrictions when he purchased the property in question. 180 L r Mr. Louis Bernstein, 1 Huguenot Drive, also a neighbor and member of the Association said that cars now park in this neighborhood illegally and that to have an office building with parking facilities available would only contribute to more parking violations. After some further discussion, Mr. Maggini told Mr. Parsons and the others present that the Board would give this matter further study. PLANNING CONSULTANT--MR.
