OF THE TOWN OF MAMARONECK, HELD JANUARY 6, 1958, AT
POLICE HEADQUARTERS, 11 EDGEWOOD AVENUE, TOWN OF
MAMARONECK.
CALL TO ORDER
The Chairman called the meeting to order at 8:30 p. m.
PRESENT: Mr. Fred L. Maggini, Chairman
Mr. John O'Conor
Mr. G. Norman Blair
ABSENT: Mr. Joseph Rigano
Mr. Henry E. Mullick
ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Maurice Friedlander, Building Inspector and
Town Engineer
Mr. Peter Kane, Councilman
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes of the meeting of December 2, 1957 , were approved
as presented.
COMMUNICATIONS---HOWELL PARK ASSOCIATION RE: PROPOSED
REVISED ZONING ORDINANCES
The Secretary read two letters from Mr. Frank X O'Donnell, Jr. ,
president of the Howell Park Association,referring to suggestions
made to the Board regarding the proposed zoning ordinances. These
letters were discussed at length and the secretary was instructed to
forward copies of same to Mr. Frederick Clark, Planning Consultant.

ORDINANCES
The Board discussed the fixing of a date for a meeting with the
representatives of business and service organizations of the Town
for the purpose of discussing informally the "Prosposed Revised
Zoning Ordinance" as prepared for the Planning Board by Fred
P. Clark Associates, Planning Consultants.
The Board fixed the date of January 17, 1958, for the meeting at
the Weaver Street Fire House at 8:15 p. m. and directed the sec-
retary to invite the following: Mr. Ray Faiola, president of the
Larchmont Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Julius Levin, president
of the Real Estate Board of Larchmont, Inc., Mr. William Eipel,
Planning Commission Chairman of Larchmont, Mr. M. H. Connor,
Chairman of the Mamaroneck Planning Commission, Lion Club
president, Mr. John Coughlin, Mr. Thomas Sutton, Larchmont
Real Estate broker and Mr. Carl Miller, president mf Rotary of
Larchmont. The secretary was also instructed to notify the
Daily Times of the meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the meeting it was
adjourned at 9:30 p. m. to reconvene on February 3, 1958.
