BOARD OF THE TOWN OF MAMARONECK, HELD FEBRU -
ARY 3, 1958, AT POLICE HEADQUARTERS, 11 EDGEWOOD
AVENUE, TOWN OF MAMARONECK.
CALL TO ORDER
The Chairman called the meeting to order at 8:30 p. m.
PRESENT: Mr. Fred L. Maggini, Chairman
Mr. John O'Conor
Mr. G. Norman Blair
Mr. Joseph Rigano
Mr. Henry E. Mullick
ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Maurice Friedlander, Town Engineer and
Building Inspector
Mr. Peter Kane, Councilman
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes of the meeting of January 6, 1958 were approved
as presented.
PROPOSED REVISED ZONING ORDINANCE
The Board together with Mr. Friedlander and Mr. Kane re-
viewed the notes which had been taken at various meetings
with civic associations and business groups.
After discussing these notes and viewing the map which is with
the zoning ordinance the Board decided that a meeting with the
Planning Consultant, Mr. Fred Clark , would be in order.

The secretary was instructed to contact Mr. Clark and make
an appointment with him for Monday, February 10, 1958, at
which time he and the Board could review the many suggestions
and criticisms which had been presented to the Board at
various times.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Board the
meeting was adjourned at 10:00 p. m. to reconvene on March
3, 1958.
