TOWN OF MAMARONECK, HELD AUGUST 7, 1958, AT POLICE HEAD-
QUARTERS, 11 EDGEWOOD AVENUE, TOWN OF MAMARONECK.
CALL TO ORDER
The Chairman called the meeting to order at 8: 30 pm
PRESENT: Mr. Fred Maggini, Chairman
Mr. John 0'Conor
Mr. Joseph Rigano
ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Maurice Friedlander, Town Engineer and
Building Inspector
Mr. Peter Kane, Councilman
ABSENT: Mr. Henry Mullick
Mr. G. Norman Blair
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes of the meeting of July 7, 1958 were
approved as presented.
PROPOSED REVISED ZONING ORDINANCE
Mr. Donald Oresman, president of the Pinebrook
District Property Owners Association, Inc., intro-
duced Mr. Zahniser and Mr. Ashton, members of the
Association. Mr. Oresman said they were there to
again express their wishes as to the zoning of
Palmer Avenue in their area. He also said that
he and the members of the Pinebrook Association
wished to express their appreciation of the con-
sideration that has been shown them by the Board.

PROPOSED SUBDIVISION---GLEN ROCK ESTATES, LOT 13
Mr. Glaser, representing Glen Rock Estates appeared
and introduced,Mr. Latimer. Mr. Latimer showed the Board
some plans for Glen Rock Estates.
After examining these plans, Mr. Maggini advised
Mr. Glaser that these drawings were not complete enough
for presentation as preliminary plans.
Mr. Maggini then instructed the secretary to send a
letter to Mr. Glaser enclosing the "Requirementsfor the
Approval of Subdivision Plats in the Town of Mamaroneck,
Westchester County"and also a copy of the procedure for
filing Preliminary Plans with the Board.
COMMUNICATIONS
The chairman handed a letter from Mr. Clark, Planning
Consultant, to the secretary and asked her to acknowledge
it and advise Mr. Clark that the Board had studied his
suggestions and were in agreement with them.
DATE OF NEXT MEETING
Due to the first Monday in September being Labor Dory
the next meeting of the Planning Board will be Tuesday,
September 2, 1958
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the
meeting it was adjourned at 9: 30 p.m.
