BOARD OF THE TOWN OF MAMARONECK, HELD AUG.
7, 1961, IN THE OFFICE OF THE TOWN ASSESSOR,
158 W. POST ROAD, MAMARONECK.
CALL TO ORDER
The Chairman called the meeting to order at 8:15 p. m.
PRESENT: Fred L. Maggini, chairman
Joseph Rigano

ALSO PRESENT: John L. Delius, Town Attorney
Fred F. Kellogg, Town Engineer

SOUNDVIEW WOODS
A lengthy and detailed discussion took place regarding the
proposed "Revised Subdivision Map of Soundview Woods,
Sections One and Two" made by Thomas J. McEvoy and
dated July 28, 1961.
Mr. Robert Rannow, 10 York Road, addressed the
Board and following some discussion it was agreed by all
present to permit the Sheldrake River to flow through the
front yards of Lots 9 and 10, substantially in its original
bed rather than to relocate it to rear yards as had been
tentatively proposed on the plan. It was noted that drive-
way and utilities connections for these lots will require
some special consideration by the builder.
Drainage easements were reviewed and the comments
were marked on the Engineer's print of the drawings.
The subject of existing curbs and the profile of
Ridgway Road was discussed and comments were marked

Also present at this meeting were Mr. Arthur Winnard,
Ridgway Road and Judge Reuben Sirlin, representing In-
vestor's Collateral Corp.

meeting it was adjourned at 10:30 p. m.
