BOARD HELD SEPTEMBER 11, 1968, IN THE COUNCIL ROOM OF THE WEAVER
STREET FIREHOUSE, WEAVER STREET AND EDGEWOOD AVENUE, TOWN OF
MAMARONECK.
CALL TO ORDER
The Chairman called the meeting to order at 8:15 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Mr. Fred L. Maggini, Chairman
Mr. Lee Bloom
Mr. Joseph Rigano
Mr. G. Norman Blair
Absent: Mr. Winfield James
Also present: Mr. William P. Widulski, Town Engineer
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes of the meeting of July 10, 1968 were pre-
sented and on motion duly made and seconded, approved
as submitted.
APPLICATION - SUBDIVISION - BLOCK 326 PARCEL 62
Mr. Williams presented his application to the Board
and the Board discussed the location of the property.
The Board, also, discussed the water supply and fire
protection condition.
It was decided that Mr. Williams is to enter into
an agreement with the Town Board for a cash contri-
bution for the water main extension.
Mr. Bloom called attention to the fact that the County
should be notified when the Public Hearing is held
since the property in question borders on Saxon Woods
Park.
BUDGET FOR 1969
The budget was approved with no changes from the
previous budget of 1968.
OLD BUSINESS
The Board discussed previous subdivisions and the
present status of the new Town Hall.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before this
meeting it was adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
