MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE PLANNING BOARD OF THE
TOWN OF MAMARONECK, HELD SEPTEMBER 10, 1962, IN THE OFFICE
OF THE TOWN ASSESSOR, 158 W. POST ROAD, MAMARONECK.
CALL TO ORDER
The Chairman called the meeting to order at 8:15 p.m.
PRESENT: Fred L. Maggini, Chairman
Joseph Rigano
G. Norman Blair
Lee Bloom
ABSENT: D. B. Follansbee
ALSO PRESENT: Fred F. Kellogg, Jr., Town Engineer
MINUTES
The minutes of the meeting held August 8 and the special
meeting of August 20, were approved as presented.
OLD BUSINESS--WENDY MANOR
Mr, Warren Lewin, developer of Wendy Manor appeared and asked
that the requirements for the installation of a 6" tile drain in
the proposed sewer trench in Nancy Lane be modified. He stated
that there was no water in the trench even after the above
average rainfall we had had.
The Board discussed this at length and after due deliberation
and consideration decided that no action on this matter would be
taken at this time.
SIGN ORDINANCE
Mr. Bloom then reviewed the proposed Sign Ordinance step by
step with the other Board members. Mr. Kellogg made notes of the
comments and suggestions of the Board.
Following quite a bit of discussion the matter of the Sign
Ordinance was referred to Mr. Kellogg for re-drafting.

• Mr. Kellogg was also requested to submit this draft to the
Town Attorney, Mr. Delius, for study and consideration.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before this meeting
it was adjourned at 9:45 p.m.
