Freeman, Esquire, representing Nardy Builders, appeared and stated that his clients were most anxious that the Board consider changing the zoning on property located off Weaver Street. He further stated that they felt the R-15 was much too high for the area. Mr. Ralph O. Ellsworth, 131 Palmer Avenue, then asked permission to read a petition signed by 39 neighboring property owners. This petition was then filed with the secretary of the Planning Board. Mr. Freeman then stated that his clients felt that if the property were zoned R-7.5 they could build 7 or 8 houses which would be an asset to the neighborhood and not down-grade it. 325 gig Robert B. White, Esquire, representing the Howell Park Association stated that the Association was not in favor of any change in Zoning. Mr. Follansbee asked Mr. Freeman if any other neighbors had been contacted who were in favor of this proposed zoning change. Mr. Freeman answered in the affirmative but stated that he had no list of names to present. Following some further discussion and questions the secre- tary was instructed to write the Town Board advising them that in this Board's opinion there should be no change in zoning of this area at the present time.
