BOARD HELD NOVEMBER 1, 1966, IN THE COUNCIL ROOM OF THE WEAVER
STREET FIREHOUSE, WEAVER STREET AND EDGEWOOD AVENUE, MAMARONECK,
NEW YORK.
CALL TO ORDER
The Chairman called the meeting to order at 8:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Mr. Fred L. Maggini, Chairman
Mr. Lee Bloom
Mr. Joseph Rigano
Absent: Mr. G. Norman Blair
Mr. Winfield James
Also Present: Mr. William P. Widulski, Town Engineer
Mr. James J. Johnston, Town Attorney
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes of the meeting of October 4, 1966, were
presented and on motion duly made and seconded,
approved as corrected.
BONNIE BRIAR COUNTRY CLUB
The following persons were heard in favor:

Mr. Odell presented the Board with another plan show-
ing the contemplated planting, parking, etc. Mr. Odell
and Mr. Gibson assured Mr. and Mrs. Piper, Mr. and Mrs.
Whitestone and Mr. Samuel Schehr, who are neighbors
in the vicinity of the Bonnie Briar Country Club,
and the Planning Board that they would be willing
to follow any suggestions that the Board would make
in regards to screening, lighting, noise, etc.

The Club has agreed to put in maples and other plant-
ing along the pool and to provide visual screening
in the parking area. All lighting is to be shielded
and directed away from neighboring residences. Loud
speakers that will be installed are to be of the
type that can only be heard in the area where they
are used. A series of low volume speakers are to
replace the one or two high intensity speakers.
It was suggested that the entrance which would be
directly across from Mr. Schehr's driveway be moved
and a meeting was set for Tuesday, November 8, 1966
at 9 a.m. with a representative of the Traffic Com-
mission, members of the Board and a representative
from Bonnie Briar.
On the original plan a road was to be installed to
carry traffic between club parking lots and the re-
instatement of that road will be investigated at
the meeting on Tuesday.
After the Planning Board has made their final deci-
sion they will report to the Town Board.
GARIT ESTATES
A letter was received from Mr. Jerry Bauco, Presi-
dent of Garit Estates requesting final approval and
acceptance of the subdivision. Mr. Widulski, the
Town Engineer informed the Board that the subdiv-
ision was 90% completed and he is to write to the
Town Board his recommendation.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before this
meeting it was adjourned at 9:50 p.m.
