OLD BUSINESS--BOND for WENDY MANOR
PUBLIC HEARING
The Chairman declared the hearing open and requested that the
secretary read the notice of Public Hearing as it appeared in the
official newspaper of the Town of Mamaroneck, The Daily Times, on
January 25, 1963 .
Following a brief discussion the following resolution was
g unanimously adopted:
WHEREAS, on May 6, 1962, a Public Hearing was held

on a subdivision known as Wendy Manro; and
� WHEREAS, at that time a resolution was adopted by
this Board setting a performance bond for the con-
struction of roads, drains, etc. in said subdivision
in the amount of $20,800.00; and

d WHEREAS, much of this construction work has been
Lti completed in a manner satisfactory to the Town
OL. Engineer; and

2 WHEREAS pursuant to Section 277 of the Town Law a
L :D 0 Public Hearing was duly held on February 4, 1963, to
consider the request for the reduction of such performance

bond from $20,800.00 to $3,000.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED that the Planning Board, pursuant to Section
277 of the Town Law, hereby reduces the amount of said
performance bond to $3,000.00
GLEN ROCK ESTATES--JOSEPH W. GLEICHER
Mr. Gleicher, representing Glen Rock Estates, appeared
and discussed again the matter or certain changes in the sub-
division with particular reference to Glen Lane Lots 2, 3 and
4.
The Board stated that it would study the matter further
and advise Mr. Gleicher of their decision.
NARDY BUILDERS--RICHARD FREEMAN, ESQUIRE
Mr. Freeman, attorney for Nardy Builders, asked that the
Board again consider the re-zoning of his clients property. He
stated that the side was at this time unsaleable.
He went on to say that Mr. Fazio proposed to build
houses that would sell for about $30,000.00 and that such
building would be an improvement to the neighborhood and not
detrimental.
The Board advised Mr. Freeman that his clients would have
to appear before the Town Board with their request and that
once the Planning Board heard from the Town Board they would
re-consider the matter.
Mr. Freeman pointed out that the request was not that
the zoning be changed from R-15 to R-7.5.
MURDOCK WOODS--SECTION 5--MEYER B. GOLDSTEIN, ESQUIRE
Mr. Goldstein, representing Murdock Woods, appeared and stated
that his clients would like very match to build to the old speci-
fications as to road construction.
Mr. Goldstein introduced Mr. Peyton Hughes and Mr. Solomon
M. Strausberg who are also interested in this subdivision.
There followed a general discussion as to the proposed
revisions in the subdivision.
The Board advised that they would consider the matter further

and that Mr. Kellogg, Town Engineer, would advise them of any action
taken.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the meeting it
was adjourned at 10:30 p.m.
