CALL TO ORDER
The Chairman called the meeting to order at 8:20 p.m.
PRESENT: Fred L. Maggini, Chairman
Joseph Rigano
Lee Bloom
G. Norman Blair
D. B. Follansbee
ALSO PRESENT: Frederick F. Kellogg, Jr. , Town Engineer
MINUTES
On motion duly made and seconded the minutes of the meeting held
June 3, 1963 were approved as presented.
COMMUNICATIONS:
A letter from Royal-Globe Insurance Companies, dated 7/31/63 ,
regarding Murdock Woods - Section 1 was discussed by Mr. Kellogg and
Mr. Maggini requested Mr. Kellogg to answer the letter suggesting
they contact Peysam Developers, Inc.
A letter from The Library of Congress, dated 7/30/63, was received
wherein publications attendent to the Planning Board functions was re-
quested. It was decided that copies of the Zoning Ordinance and the
Planning Board Regulations should be sent to The Library of Congress.
A letter to the Town Engineer from Mr. Sidney D. Bierman, dated
6/27/63, with regard to Glen Rock Estates was discussed. It was de-
'` cided that no action was necessary.
Mr. Maggini reported on the Urban Renewal application and stated
that the acknowledgement had been received.
LUNDY LANE
Plans for the subdivision of Lundy Lane as shown on a map entitled
"Subdivision Map of Lundy Lane, Town of Mamaroneck, Westchester County,
New York" made by Thomas John McEvoy and dated June 19, 1963 , were
studied and discussed in detail. Also the construction drawings per-
taining to the subdivision were gone over. Participating in the dis-
cussion were L. Poccia, V. Borgen (agents for Mrs. Elena S. Peterson)
A. Novick, E. J. McDonnell and L. Monroe (residents neighboring pro-
posed subdivision) .
Following this discussion, on motion duly made and seconded the
following resolution was unanimously adopted:

O RESOLVED that a Public Hearing be held at a special meeting of the
m Planning Board to be held August 19, 1963 , to consider the subdivi-
sion map of Lundy Lane, pursuant to Section 276 of the Town Law.
FURTHER RESOLVED that the secretary be authorized and directed to
publish a notice of Public Hearing on or before August 14, 1963,
such notice to read as follows:
PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that Loreto Poccia and Viggo Brogen, agents for
Mrs. Elena S. Peterson have filed an application for consideration
and approval of plans for the subdivision of land known as Subdivi-
sion Map of Lundy Lane, in the Town of Mamaroneck, Westchester
County, New York, which is in Block 502, Parcel 11 on the Tax Assess-
ment Map of the Town of Mamaroneck.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Town of Mamaroneck Planning Board, pur-
suant to Section 276 and 277 of the Town Law and in accordance with
the Rules and Regulations adopted by it and approved by the Town
Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, August 19, 1963 , in the
Conference Room of the Mamaroneck Town Offices, 158 W. Post Road,
Mamaroneck, New York at 8:15 p.m. at which time it will consider the
It Proposed Plat or Subdivision Plan as shown on "Subdivision Map of
Lundy Lane, in the Town of Mamaroneck, Westchester County, New York"
made by Thomas John McEvoy, N.Y.S. License #39309 and dated June 19,
1963 .
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all persons present will be given an oppor-
