PRELIMINARY HEARING - "AMENDED SUBDIVISION MAP OF SECTION 2, ROCKRIDGE AND WESTERLY PORTION OF LOT 7" - BLOCK 325 PARCEL 81 Mr. Anthony R. Spencer of 240 Oriente Avenue, Mama- roneck and Mr. Ronald M. Picket of 301 East 66th Street, New York, appeared and presented the Board with three different schemes for the subdivision marked A, B and C. Mr. Elfreich, the Town Engineer, told the Board the lots on the plan that had frontage on Deerfield Lane posed a question as to whether Deerfield Lane is a Town road and that the Village of Mamaroneck had been plowing the road but the Town now does the plowing and picks up the garbage. Mr. Elfreich stated that a small portion of the road was shown on the map as Cabilane Road. The Town Engineer, also, said that the owner of a portion of the road had not paid the taxes and the Town had picked up the property in rem. The applicants stated that if the Board decided to approve the plan they would have no qualms about ded- icating a 50, strip to the Town and they would pro- bably use Scheme B or C which shows 5 lots. After further discussion the Board decided that they could not make any decision until the Town Attorney / J r was consulted to determine whether the lots as sub- divided are legally buildable lots. The Board advised Mr. Spencer and Mr. Picket in the meantime to contact the Board of Health in White Plains to check on the septic tanks and water.
