In the absence of the Supervisor, the meeting vas
called to order by st.ice 30Yd at ua 55 P: ;v°m
Present: justices Loyd, Collins, Hctell and Leeds
Town Clerk Sherman
A communication from the weaver Street fire Company
was received, and read advising of the resignation of Driver
Clarence Stout , effective August 15th, and the en_ployment in
his place of Conrad P•durphy at a sum of �125.00 per month,
effective as of August 15th.
The coaimunice.tion was ordered received, ,placed on
file and upon :notion, duly seconded, it was
RESOLVED, that the resignation of Driver
Clarence Stout effective August 15th, 1827,
be and the same hereby is accejDtedg and be
if further
RgSOLVED, that the appointment of Conrad
Murphy as Driver of the 'i'eaver Street fire
Apparatus be and the same hereby is approved
effective August 15th, 1527, at a salary
of $125.00 per month.
The following resolutionwas presented for adoption.
RESOLVED, WHEREAS , a petition in due form
signed and acknowledged by the owners of
more than one-half in assessment value
of the taxable real property of the pro-
posed Town Park District ?dumber 1, of the
Town of Mamaroneck, New York, as appears
by the last preceding comcleted assessment
roll prior to the presentment thereof was
filed in the office of the Town Clerk of the
Town of Mamaroneck applying to this Town
Board to take such steps and measures and
adopt such proceedings as should be requisite
and necessary pursuant to the provisions of
Chapter 574 of the Laws of 1024, and to
create and establish a park district ; and

petition included a certain parcel being
more particularly described as follows.
ALL that certain strip of land in the Town of Ma, aronec ,
County of 1,51estchester, and State of Yew York;,bleing a part of Lot l�
on a certain m:ap entitled "Hap of 115 Lots at Larchmont in the
Town of 'Mamaroneck, Westchester County, �'ew York, the property
of Archibald B. Luffie, Esq. , " b;f Pletcher Ferdt, 1253, and file^,
in the office of the Register of Westchester County March 2, 18959
in voluzae 11 of Maps at Page g, which hart of said lot is bounded
and described as follows:

RESOLVED, that this Ward approve of said,
exchange and payment of the sum of 02, 000.00
and the Supervisor and Town Clerk of this
Town are empowered and aithorized to ex-
ecute and deliver such deeds as may be
necessary and proper®
