The rnedting was called to order by Suioervisor Burton
at 9 P. I.I.

Upon rfiotion, duly seconded$ it 1,;as voted to dispense
with the reading of the minutes of r_leetings not yet a;
proved.
The 13�oard took up for consideration, the application of
Lichael Doherty for the erection of a gasoline station at the
corner of Boston Post Road and Dillon Road, heretofore laid over.
After discussing and considering the application and
plan for building, it was , upon motion, duly seconded
R SOL'v D, x_127 AS , the 'Town ':Board of the
Town of L`amaroneck, has duly advertised
pu-rauant to law, a public meeting for the
purpose of considering certain applications
therein stated, made under the Zoning Ordin-
ance of the Unincorporated past of the Town
of 11amaroneek, v;hich applications are now
pending and
the said Toecn Board having held said
hearing and both parties hawing been granted
the privilege of ap-gearing for or against the
granting of certain applications as ;provided
under the said Zoning Ordinance , and after
due consideration, therefore be it
RESOLVED , that the Town Board of the 'Town of
I;iamaron.eck, sitting jointly as a Board_ of
Fppeals and as a Tovvn Board, does hereby
grant t'ne following applications from the
decision of the :Building Cormnission, which
decision is hereby reversed and does hereby
consent to the granting of the following
apolications subject in each case to the spec-
ific co-r_ditions and safeguards therein stated;
1. A_plolication i7o. 1322 of Lichael Doherty for the erection
of a ,BUblic gasoline station at the sout'.nwest corner of the Boston
Post Road, and :Dillon -`,cad, provided that the said gasoline station
is erected within the following area :

-Roston Post road, thence westerly of the said ?aroperty a distance
of 80 feet, thence southerly along said property, a distance of

gasoline station upon said -_proIDerty shall be
within 12 feet cf the front lot line of Dillon
-oad and bile Boston --ost Road, all in accordance

The matter of the ublication of the tax sale list was
presented to the Board and a fter due consideration it was upon
roil call
?t_SOL77D, that the publication of the
1929 tax sale covering the taxes for
the year 1922 be published in the
samarcneck Daily limes , in the manner
prescribed by law.
