The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Burton
at 8: 30 P.

Upon motion, duly seconded, it was voted to dispense
with the reading of the minutes cf meetings not yet a_a-proved.
The Cler stated that pursuant to notice duly advertised-,
-!-,Tie Board should now consider the various -clans and applications
for building permits which had been denied by the Zoning Cora-
mission as being in violation of the Zoning Ordinanceo
Aftcr reading of the notice as advertised, and after
discussing and considering the various ao_olications and plans for
building perlaits before the Board, it was , upon motion, duly
seconded,

pursuant to la,,-!, a public meeting for the

therein staffed, made under the Zoning Ordin-
ance of the unincorporated oa-rt of the Town

hearing and both parties having been granted
the _)rivilege of appearing for or against the
g_^anting of certain applications as provided
under the said Zoning Ordinance , and after

Mamaroneck, sitting jointly as a Board of
Aiopeals and as a Town Board, does hereby
grant the following applications from the
decision of the Building Commission, which
decision is hereby reversed and does hereby
consent to the ;,ranting of the following
applications subject in eac-n case to the
specific conditions and safeguards therein
stated:
