The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Burton
at 9 P.
Present: Supervisor Burton
Justices Collins , Howell and Leeds
Town Clerk Sherman
Counsellor Gamble
The Clerk stated that pursuant to notice duly advertised,
the Board should now consider the various plans and applications
for building permits which had been denied by the Building Com-
mission as being in violation of the Zoning Ordinance.

discussing and considering the various applications and plans for
building permits before the Board, it was, upon motion, duly
seconded,
RESOL11 Ds WIE PETAS, the Town Board of the
Torrn of Mamaroneck, has duly advertised
pursuant to law, a public meeting for the
purpose of considering certain applications
the-rein stated, made under the Zoning Ordinance
of the unincorporated part of the Town of
Hamaro.neck which applications are now lending;
and

granting of certain applications as provided
under the said Zoning Ordinances and after
due consideration, therefore be it
R�_SOLVnD, that the Town Board of the `_'own of
lEamaroneck, sitting jointly as a Board of
Appeals and as a 'Town Board, does hereby
grant the following applications from the
decision of the Building Commission, which
decision is hereby reversed and does hereby
consent to the granting of the following
applications subject in each case to the spec-
ific donditions and safeguards therein stated.
1. Application Yo. 1299 of Lawrence Y. Loeb for the
erection of a. one family dwelling and garage on the south east
side of Sackett Circle anr! Sackett ?hive , arovided that the
buildings is erected not less than 27 feet from the front lot line
on Sackett Circle.
2. Application To. 1314 of r® J. Becker for the erection of
a one family duelling and garage on the north side of Heather Lane ,
177 feet east from kTeav-.r Street, provided that the building is
erected not less than 20 feet from the front lot line on Heather
Lane .
3. A_plication 1 10. 1315 of James A. Isbisters inu. , for the
erection of a one family dwelling and garage on the corner of
Huguenot Drive and Eonroe Streets provided that the building is
erected not less than 10 feet from the front lot line on Yonroe
Street.

4. Application lo. 1317 of Barant Builders lnc. , for the
erection of a one ear private garage on the east side of Carroll
Drive , provided that said garage is erected not less than 44 feet
westerly from the easterly side of the lot line of lot No. 89.
Vr. Idriiliam S. }Horan together with a committee from
Pryor L.-anor and 'r. Doherty together with his Counsel, IEx. ?carrell ,
- appeared before the Board in connection with the applications of
i>_ichael Doherty for the erection of additions to the present office
building and the present business structure and repair shop at
Dillon Roads Dillon Park.
At the suggestion of ,`.r. Doherty, it was
VOM, that action on the foregoing applic-
ations be laid over until April 10th, 1929.
Upon motion, the meeting adjourned at 11 P. E.
