The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Burton
at 9 .20 F. Isi.

Upon motion, duly seconded, it was voted to dispense
with the reading of the ninutes of meetings not yet approved.
3a=essrs. Ferrando and Gaeteoni, _oroorietors of Loyal
Inn, appeared before the Board and requested peiTnission to proceed
with the reconstruction of their building on the premises , pending
the application before the Town Board acting as a Board of
lcpeals.
They were advised that said permission could not be
granted without a public hearing thereon.
Upon motion, duly seconded, it was
R 'SOLV^D, that this Board meet as a Town
Board and as a Board of appeals , on March
22nd, 1929, at 2 1'. i<'T.. , to hear any and all
applications now pending before it, to consider
modifications of the zoning law and building
code of the Town of Lamaroneck.
A communication from the Larchnont Real "state Board was
received and read, asking if any action had been taken in the
Board's complaint , relative to Liz. George i_. Powers.
The communication was ordered received, placed on file ,
and the Clerk =.eras directed to reply thereto , stating the action
of the Board heretofore taken.
Hr. De Somma, proprietor of the Ramona Restaurant at the
Station Plaza, appeared before the Board and requested permission
to conduct an orchestra in conjunction with his restaurant.
1�fter discussion, it was upon motion, duly seconded,
RESOLV7'D, that the proprietors of the Ramona
Restaurant, located at the Station lark Plaza,
be and they hereby are granted permission to
conduct an orchestra in conjunction with their
restaurant business , said permission being
granted subject to the restrictions and regulations
of the Police Department with a distinct under-
standing that the permit herein granted= is
revocable at the pleasure of the Bea rd.
1 cosmnittee of faire house -requested authority to -ourchase
12 pairs of rubber boots , 11 black rubber coats , 1 white rubber
coat , and 12 helmets.
Upon motion, duly seconded, it was

RESOLVED, that the Clerk be and he hereby
is authorized and empowered to purchase
for the 'reaver Street Fire Company the
f ollow ing t
12 pairs of rubber boots
11 black rubber coats
I white rubber coat
12 helmets.
The committee also requested that an appropriation riot
exceeding 4100. 00 to take care of wainscoating and cracked galls ,
be made for the payment of repairs of the =ire Headquarters.
Upon motion, duly seconded, it was
RESO=—D, that the committee on Fire House
be and they hereby are authorized to take
care of repairs to the walls and the
wainscoating of the fire headquarters, the
cost of said work not to exceed the sum of
; 100.00.
