had been filed on behalf of Charles De lucca against the Town of
Vkmeroncck and the 3ewEr Commissioners,

The Clerk reported the receipt of a stipulation to be
signed ly the Counsel for the Town Board in an action of Robert
T. Lantry, against Winged Foot Holding Corporation, and othereP
The same was ordered noted in the minutes and referred
to. Counsel for his attention.

and referred to the Health Officer for his attention,
The following resolution was presented and upon roll call
unanimously adopted-
WH=AS, the ReceivEr of Taxes has reported
to this Mard that there is no record in his
office of any open sales for any taxes of the
year 1885 against Lot 2 , Bloc! 58 Section 8;
, H=AS, there appears to be a record in the
office of the county treasurer of Westchester
County, of a sale on October 5, 1885 for a tall:
levied against said premises in the year 1685,
said sale running in favor of Toyrn• of Ilalaa-
roreck for 1000 years, the face amount of said
sale being for A.27 ; and
the owner of said premises is about
to apply to the Court for an order directing
the cancellation of said sale in the County
