Mr. Burcl.ell called the meeting to order-at 8 o'clock P. M.
PRESENT: George D. Burchell , Chairman
Charles F. Mink
Cornelius J. Quinn
Arthur E. Wullschleger
ABSENT: Jeremiah C. Waterman
The Board resumed its corsid.erai-ion of the application of
Gaetano Guglielmo for modification of Article II , Section 7 of
the Zoning Ordinance to permit the erection of a 2-car garage on
the premises on the west side of Williams Place ,18.5 feet west
from Williams Place with a side street set-back from Williams
Place of 18. 5 feet , known on the Tax Assessment Map of the Town
of Manaron_eck as Block 130, Parcel 561.
Mr. Guglielmo submitted an amended plot plan and specifications
showing certain changes in the specifications of the proposed
garage which were suggested by the Board at its last meeting.
The Board then went into executive session and considered the
application of Mr. Guglielmo with the amended plan and speci-
fications .
After discussion and due consideration, the following resolution
was duly moved and seconded:
WHEREAS , Gaetano Guglielmo has taken an appeal from
a decision of the Building Inspector denying his application to
permit the erection of a two-car gz.rage on the west side of
" illiams Place , 18. 5 feet west from Williams Place , with a side
set-back from ":'illiams Place of 18. 5 feet , known on the Tax
Assessment Map of the Town of Mararoreck as Block 120 , Parcel
561; and
WHEREAS , the said appeal is predicated upon the
grounds of unnecessary hardship and practical difficulty in
complying with the strict provisions of the Ordinance , and it
appears to the Board , under all the circumstances , that it would
be an unnecessary hardship to require the applicant to comply
with the strict provisions of the Ordinance in respect to the
30 foot set back from the side street in view of the size , shape
and location of the said lot ,
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT •
RESOLVED that the apt-eal of the said Gaetano
Guglielmo be and the same hereby is allowed and

the decision of the Building Inspector
reversed to the extent of permitting the
erection of the garage as herein applied
for and as shown on the amended plot plan
and building specifications filed in connec-
tion with this application, provided the said
proposed garage shall not extend beyond 18. 5
feet of the said side street , Williams Place
and provided that the applicant comply in
all other respects with the Zoning Ordinance
and Building Code of the Town of Mamaroneck.
A vote taken on this resolution resulted as follows:
AYES: Mr. Burchell
Mr. Mink
Mr. Quinn
Mr. Wullschleger
NOES: None
There being no further business to cone before this meeting,
it adjourned at 9 o' clock P. M.
