- In the absence of the Supervisor, the meeting was called
to order by Justice Collins at 10 P. I.
Present. Justices Collins, Howell and Leeds

Upon motion, it was voted to disperse with the reading
of the minutes of meetings not yet. approved.
The Board took up for consideration application ;,--1129
of Florindo Rosa., for the erection of a one family dwelling and
garage on the north east corner of Barnum Road and Little Farms.
Road,. within 30 feet of the front lot line , which application had
heretofore been laid over for further consideration.
After discussion and consideration, the following
resolution was presented and unanimously adopted.
RESOLVED, WHEREAS, the Town Board of the
Town of lla!mroneck, has duly advertised
pursuant to law, a public meeting for
the purpose of considering certain
applications therein stated, made under~
the Zoning Ordinance of the Unincorporated
Dart of the Torn of Mamaroneck, which
applications are now pending, and
WHEREAS, the said Torn Board having held
said hearing and both parties having been
granted the privilege of appearing for or
in opposition to the granting of certain
zpniications as provided under the said
Zoning Ordinance and after due consideration,
therefore , be it
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town
of Mamaroneck, sitting jointly as a Boa=
of Appeals and as a Town Board, does hereby
grant the following applications from the
decision of the Building Commission, which
decision is hereby reversed and does hereby
consent to the granting of the following
applications subjedt in each case to the
specific conditions and safeguards therein
stated:
19 Application No. 1129 of Florindo Rosa, for the erection
of a one family d%relling and garage on the north east corner of
Barnum Road and Little Farms Road, ',provided that the building is
erected not less than 20 feet from the front lot line on Little
Farms Road.
Mr. Farrell appeared before the Board in connection with
the Dillon Park Sewer proposition and he requested additional data
from the Engineers which was necessary in securing signatures on
the petition.
After ,f-iscussion, it was voted 'chat it is the sense of
this Board that the information requested by Hr. Farrell in
connection with the sewers for Dillon Park, should be furnished,
and he was referred to the Serer Commissioners of Sewer District,
No.. 1..
The Clerk presented a bond of Constable William P.
Carey, and after approval by Counsel, the same waa ordered
received and placed on file.
A communication from Hr. R. Y. 1?llerton on behalf of
Larchmont Troop,: 2, Boy Scouts, was received and read., requesting
permission to use the auditorium of the 'heaver Street_ Fire douse
for eight Kondayr evenings,. commencing February 27th.
The communication was ordered received, placed on file
and upon motion, duly seconded, it was
RMOLVA'D, that permission is hereby
granted to Larchmont Troop 2, Boy
Scouts, use of the auditorium of
the Weaver Street Fire House , for
eight Hond.ay evenings, commencing
February 27th, 1928.
A -communication from T,_r:r. Vincent. Crowley was received �I
and read requesting on behalf of Holy Trinity C'tlarch,. Mamaroneck,
use of the auditorium of the 7ea7er Street Fire House , for April
13th, 1928.
The communication was ordered received; placed on file
and upon motion, duly seconded, it ,.-vas
R7SCLVED, that permission is hereby
granted to Holy Trinity Church of
Mmaronech, use of the auditorium
of the Weaver Street Fire House flr
April 13th, 1928.
A communication from Mr. Huribei't He Andre: , together
with an affidavit by George W. Destine was recei7ed and reads
requesting exemption from tanavion on property known as SectioT!
8, Bloc'_.. 70 , Lot 9B.
The communication and affidavit were ordered
received,
placed on file and referred to Counsel for report ccom n�'
