THE TOWN OF MAMARONECK, HELD IN THE COURT ROOM OF THE TOWN OF
MAMARONECK POLICE STATION AT 11 EDGEWOOD AVENUE, TOWN OF MAMARONECK,
ON JUNE 9th, 1951, AT 10 A. M.
The Zoning Board met pursuant to agreement reached after a hearing
on May 23rd, 1951 on the application of George P. Forbes, Jr.,
Attorney and Agent for William T. Wood Estate, for modification
of Article II, Section 4 of the Zoning Ordinance, to permit the
construction and maintenance of a gasoline service station on the
south side of the Boston Post Road, corner of Boston Post Road
and Hommocks Road, in the Town of Mamaroneck, known as Block
412, Parcel 309, on the Tax Assessment Map of the Town of Mamaro-
neck.
After a very lengthy and thorough discussion of the matter, a
vote as to whether or not the application should be granted, was
recorded as follows:
AYES: Mr. Wullschleger
Mr. Brush
NOES: Mr. Burke
Mr. Rigano
There being no further business to come before the meeting, it
adjourned at 11: 20 A. M.
