MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS OF THE TOWN
' OF MAMARONECK, EHDL NOVEMBER 24, 1954, IN THE TOWN OF MAMARONECK POLICE
HEADQUARTERS, 11 EDGEWOOD AVENUE, TOWN OF MAMARONECK.
PRESENT: Mr. Burke, Acting Chairman
Mr . Schuler
ABSENT: Mr . Wullschleger, Chairman
Mr . Maggini
Mr . Rigano
Presence was also noted of Mr. McEvoy, Building Inspector, and Mrs .
Barnes , Clerk to the Board and Recording Secretary.
Mr . Burke called the meeting to order for the record, and stated that
in the absence of a quorum, no motion would be made either approving or
disapproving the minutes of the last meeting, held October 27, 1954.
He went on to explain that Mr . Wullschleger and Mr. Maggini were both
abroad and Mr. Rigano had been obliged to enter a hospital for an
operation. However, it is understood that Mr. Rigano will be able to
attend a meeting on December 3th, and because of the urgency of the
applications before the Board, the next meeting will be set for that
date .
The applications before the Board at this meeting were:
Application of A. H. Tull, re Block 112, Parcel 263
Application of Ida H. Wood, re Block 105, Parcels 435 and 420
Application of Joseph J. Rigano, re Block 217 Parcel 893
Mr . W . L . Knoepke, 8 Briar Close, Mr . W. E. Warner, Jr . , 3 Briar Close,
and Mr . L. N. Levi, 9 Briar Close, were present in connection with
the Wood application.
The meeting was adjourned until December 8th, 1954, at the same time
and place . ,
