The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Burton
at 10 A. M.
Present; Supervisor Burton
Justices Collins, Howell and Leeds
Town Clerk Sherman
The Board took up for consideration and discussion,
the budget for the year 1928.
After due consideration, it was upon motion, duly
seconded,
RESOL`JED, that the budget for the year
1928, be and it hereby is ratified and
approved, spread upon the minutes, placed
on file and the Supervisor was authorized
and directed to present a copy of same to
the Board of Supervisors.
The Budget is as follows:

FIRSV RESOLVED, that there be levied and assessed
upon the taxable property of the Town of
Mamaroneck, and collected, and when collected
paid to the Supervisor, the following amounts
for the purpose hereinafter set forth, to wit:
A. To pay the salary of the Supervisor under the
Westchester County Tax Act< 0,600.00
B. To pay the salary of the Clerk to the Supervisor 3 ,500.00
C. To pay the salary of the Town Clerk 3 ,d0O.00
D. To pay the salary of the Receiver of Taxes 6,150, 00
E. To pay the salary of the Three Assessors 8,100. 00
F. To pay the salary of the Overseer of the Poor 1-,900.00
G. To pay the salary of the Office Assistant 1,400. 00
H. To pay the compensation for Janitor service 1,500.00
1. To pay the rent of Town Offices 3 ,000. 00
J. To pay for the temporary support of the poor,
$10,000.00 less amount available for such
Purposes. 61000.00
K. To pay the allowances for Public Health nurses 2,380.00
L. Tp-,pay for Memorial Day appropriation and

SECOND: RESOLVED, that there be levied and assessed
upon the taxable property of the Torn of
iuiamaronecY, lying outside the corporate
limits of the Villages of Larchlont and
Mamaroneck, and collected, and when collected
paid to the Supervisor, the following amounts
for the purposes hereinafter set forth, to wit :
A. To pay for the repair and improvement of Highways 35,000. 00
B. To pay the principal of Murray Avenue completion
bond 1,13 1,000.00
C. To pay the interest of ?Murray Avenue completion
bonds 123.75
D. To pay the principal of Chatsworth Avenue
Improvement bond 16 1,000.00
E. To pay the interest of Chatsworth Avenue

Yamaroneek, lying within Dire District ISo. 1,
and collected, and when collected, paid to
the Supervisor, the following amounts for
the purpose hereinafter set forth, to wit:
A. To pay the principal of Fire House Bonds,
Hos. 36 to 42 inclusive G,500.00
B. To pay the interest of Fire House Bonds 1,462.50
C. To pay the principal of Fire Apparatus Bonds,
Nos. 7 and 8 2,000. 00
D. To pay the interest of Fire Aparatus Bonds 112.50
F. To pay the rental of Fire Hydrants 4,680.00
F. To pay the compensation of Special Officers 71000.00
G. To pay for the collection and disposal of ashes,
garbage , refuse, etc. 10,000.00
H. To pay for supplies, equipment, maintenance etc. ,

and improvements, Weaver Street Fire House,

FOURTHe RESOLVED, that there be levied and assessed
upon the taxable property of the Town of
Mamaroneck, lying within Fire District No. 2$
and collected, and when collected, paid to
the Supervisor, the following amounts, for
the purpose hereinafter set forth; to wit:
A. To pay for the rental of Fire Hydrants 12000
B. To pay for the rental of fire house,
repairs, maintenance , etc. , Fire Co. , No. 2 350.00
A To pay for the collection and disposal of
ashes, garbage, refuse, etc. lr550.00

FIFTH: RESOLVEDt that there be levied and assessed
upon the taxable property of the Town of
Mamaroneck, lying within Sewer District No. is
and collected, and when collected, paid to
the Supervisor¢ the following amount, for the
purposes hereinafter set forth, to wit :
A. To pay the interest of bonds and maintenance
of plant, etc. 850,710.00
Total amount,. Sewer District $50,710®00
The Super—visor presented his annual report for the
year. 1927.
The same was received, ordered noted in the minutes,
placed on file and upon motion, duly seconded, it was

RESOLVED,, that the Supervisor be and
he hereby is authorized and empowered
to have his annual report for the
year 1927 published, in accordance with
laws
