OF THE TOWN OF MAMARONECK, HELD MARCH 22, 1967, IN THE COURT
ROOM OF THE TOWN OF MAMARONECK POLICE STATION, 11 EDGEWOOD
AVENUE, TOWN OF MAMARONECK.
CALL TO ORDER
Mr. Wassman, acting as Chairman in the absence of
Mr. Eggers, called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Mr. E. Robert Wassman, Acting Chairman
Mr. Price H. Topping
Mr. Russell G. Pelton
Absent: Mr. Richard F. Eggers
Mr. Henry E. Mullick
Also present: Mr. William Paonessa, Building Inspector
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes of the meeting of February 15, 1967 were
presented and on motion duly made and seconded, ap-
proved as corrected. The Addendum to the minutes
of the meeting of February 15, 1967 was, also, pre-
sented and approved as submitted.
PUBLIC HEARING
The Chairman declared the hearing open and the Sec-
retary presented for the record the affidavit of
publication of the notice of hearing.
As the applicant did not appear members of the Board
waited until 8:30 p.m. at which time according to
Paragraph 7 of the "Amended Rules and Regulations
of the Zoning Board of Appeals" the Chairman directed
the appeal would be adjourned till the next regular
meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before this
meeting it was adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
