MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS OF THE
TOWN OF MAMARONEC K HELD MAY 21 , 1975, IN THE AUDITORIUM OF THE WEAVER
STREET FIREHOUSE, WEAVER STREET AND EDGEWOOD AVENUE, TOWN OF MAMA-
RONECK, LARCHMONT, NEW YORK.
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman at 8:35
P.M.
ROLL CALL
Present: Mr. Richard F. Eggers, Chairman
Mr. E. Robert Wassman
Mr. Andrew W. Boraczek
Mr. Lawrence G. Bodkin, Jr.
Absent: Mr. Egbert R. Hardesty
Also present: Mr. James J. Johnston, Town Attorney
Mr. William Paonessa, Building Inspector
APPLICATION NO. 1 - CASE 424
Mr. Eggers explained that he was calling the meeting to
order to make a statement.
Mr. Johnston, the Town Attorney, informed the Board that
on the application of Mr. Hayden Smith to adjourn the
meeting called for May 21 , 1975, Judge Caruso was send-
ing an order rescheduling the hearing for June 17th and
if a further hearing was necessary the date was to be
June 26th.
Mr. Eggers informed the Board that therefore under the
direction of the Judge the meeting would be adjourned
and they would attempt to reconvene at a Special Hearing
on June 18th if all five members are available at that
time or as close to that date as possible. Mr. Eggers
further stated that the second hearing would be on July
9, 1975 or as close to that date as possible if all five
members are available and, as Chairman , takes the prero-
gative that he will not hear the case without the five
members available.
The Chairman, therefore, adjourned the hearing and on
motion duly made and seconded the meeting was adjourned
at 8:40 P.M.
