BOARD HELD MAY 8, 1974. IN THE COUNCIL ROOM OF THE WEAVER STREET
FIREHOUSE, WEAVER STREET AND EDGEWOOD AVENUE, TOWN OF MAMARONECK.
CALL TO ORDER
The Meeting was called to order by the Chairman at 8:15 P.M.

Absent: Mr. Edward J. Cibulay

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes of the meeting of April 10, 1974 were presented
and on motion duly made and seconded, approved as submitted.
PRELIMINARY HEARING - SUBDIVISION OF LOT - 133 GRIFFEN AVENUE -
BLOCK 305 PARCEL 835
Mr. and Mrs. Lindt both appeared before the Board with
an application to subdivide their lot into two lots. Mem-
bers of the Board had been out to look at the property
in question. After a brief discussion the Board decided
that they could see no objection to the subdivision and
the Secretary was advised to set up a Public Hearing for
the next meeting in June.
OLD BUSINESS
Mr. Otto Scheuble of 3 Rock Ridge Road appeared before
the Board with a letter he had written to the Town Board
dated April 1965 in which he referred to Dunkin Donuts.
Members of the Board had not had an opportunity to review
the letter and Mr. Maggini advised Mr. Scheuble he would
look into his complaints and contact him.
OLD BUSINESS - LEATHERSTOCKING LANE
Mr. Elfreich stated that he had spoken to some of the par-
tners as well as Mr. Johnston and would write a letter
to the developer.
VILLAGE OF MAMARONECK - TENNIS COURTS - FENIMORE ROAD
The Chairman said that Mrs. Helwig , the Supervisor had
made the suggestion that both he and the Town Attorney,
Mr. Johnston attend the hearing to be held in the Village
of Mamaroneck on May 13, 1974. Mr. Maggini stated that
he had informed there had been an application in 1970 for
the tennis courts on the Post Road in Mamaroneck but had
been denied because of the traffic problem that would be
created.
WESTCHESTER COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT
Miss Susan Gallion, who is the liaison from the Westches-
ter County Planning Board, told the members that the West-
chester Federation was having their meeting on June 6th.
Miss Gallion presented the Secretary with copies of a pam-
phlet entitled "Recent Housing Trends in Westchester County"
to be distributed to the Board members.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before this meet-
ing it was adjourned at 9:15 P.M.
