MAMARONECK HELD MAY 10, 1978, IN THE COUNCIL ROOM OF THE WEAVER STREET
FIREHOUSE, WEAVER STREET AND EDGEWOOD AVENUE, LARCHMONT, NEW YORK.
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman at 8:30
P.M.

Present: Mr. Fred L. Maggini , Chairman
Mr. Joseph Rigano
Mr. G. Norman Blair
Mrs . Mary Carlson
Absent: Mr. Edward J. Cibulay
Also present: Mr. Charles R. Elfreich, P.E. , Town Engineer
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes of the meeting of March 8, 1978 were presented
and on motion duly made and seconded, approved as submitted.
PRELIMINARY HEARING - SUBDIVISION OF LOT ON PALMER AVENUE AND BLOSSOM
TERRACE
Mr. Albert Porcelli of 1045 Palmer Avenue presented his
application to the Board for the subdivision of the pro-
perty and said he intended to sell the lots at some time
in the future. It was pointed out that the lots were
in a two family zone. After further discussion the Board
decided that the Secretary could arrange for the Public
Hearing after the final drawing was submitted for the
next meeting to be held on June 14, 1978.
PRELIMINARY HEARING - SUBDIVISION OF LOT FOR REVSON PROPERTY
Mr. Sirlin, an Attorney, represented the applicant and
said that the Estate of Mr. Revson was selling the pro-
perty to Soper Realty Inc. , who in turn intend to sell
to three individual owners.
Mr. and Mrs . Jacobson are the present tenants of the house
on lot 8 and they intend to purchase the house and build
a garage adjacent to the cottage. Mrs . Blank of Scars-
dale, the prospective purchaser ofthe main house and Mr.
Jacobson both appeared at the meeting. Mr. Kluge, who
is presently the owner of the adjacent property intends
to purchase a triangular parcel of the land and will de-
molish the existing structure on the lot.
The Board discussed the application and advised the Sec-
retary after the final drawing was submitted to arrange
for the Public Hearing to be held at the meeting of June
14, 1978.

There being no further business to come before thie meet-
ing it was adjourned at 10:00 P.M.
