JOSEPH WARD Mr. Peter Mosher, an Attorney of 2001 Palmer Avenue, Larch- mont, represented Mr. Ward and stated that his client wanted to have the lot in question approved as a build- able lot. Mr. Mosher stated that the lot is in an R-30 Zone and contains 21 ,507+ sq. ft. Mr. Mosher said that a small piece of the property had been conveyed between the line of Lot 1 and Lot 2 to help meet certain require- ments to build on Lot 2. Mr. Mosher, also, said that the lot had originally been obtained from Mr. Maloof and was in the name of Mrs. Ward, who had deeded Lot 1 to Mr. Ward. Mr. Mosher further stated that his client had no plans at the present to sell or build on the lot but if the lot is approved as a buildable lot it would have a mortgage value. It was pointed out that the original subdivision had been made in 1956 before the Planning Board was in existence. The Board questioned about the topography of the lot and it was pointed out that the lot was higher at the rear of the property. The Board, also, commented on the condi- tion of the road and it was noted that Weaver Street is a County highway. Mrs. Dorothy Ward of 693 Weaver Street, who is the owner of Lot 2 said she objected to the application and had not conveyed Lot 1 to her husband.
