APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes of the meeting of September 8, 1976 were

as submitted.
APPLICATION FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING ON "PROPOSED SUBDIVISION MAP
OF PRINCE WILLOWS - SECTION 2A"
Mr. William P. Widulski represented the applicant, Mr.
Abe Pollack and said that Mr. Pollack had purchased two
acres of land adjacent to the previously approved sub-
division of Prince Willows - Section 2. On the map that
was presented for the proposed subdivision lots 5,6 and
7 had been approved on the previous subdivision of Sec-
tion 2 but since Mr. Pollack had acquired the additional
property the lot lines were changed from what originally
had been approved. All the lots contain the required
area of more than 20,000 sq. ft.
Mrs. Paula Leblang, Mr. and Mrs. David Spindel , Mrs.
Jasu Mehta and Mr. and Mrs. Jerome Mouldovan , who are
the neighbors adjacent to the proposed subdivision all
reviewed the map and asked questions.
The Board members discussed the plan and although they
were not in favor of an additional cul-de-sac they could
not see any other solution. The Chairman asked the Sec-
retary to arrange for the Public Hearing at the next
meeting of February 9, 1977.
