OF MAMARONECK HELD JANUARY 10, 1979, IN THE COUNCIL ROOM OF THE
WEAVER STREET FIREHOUSE, WEAVER STREET AND EDGEWOOD AVENUE, LARCH-
MONT, NEW YORK.
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman at 8:20
P.M.
ROLL CALL
Present: Mr. G. Norman Blair, Chairman
Mr. Fred L. Maggini
Mr. Joseph Rigano
Mrs. Mary Carlson
Absent: Mr. Edward J. Cibulay
Also present: Mr. Charles R. Elfreich, P.E. , Town Engineer
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes of the meeting of December 13, 1978 were pre-
sented and on motion duly made and seconded, approved
as submitted.
PUBLIC HEARING - REVISED SUBDIVISION MAP - BLOSSOM GROVE
The Chairman asked the Secretary to read the Public Notice.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Mamaroneck Planning
Board pursuant to Sections 276 and 277 of the Town Law
will hold a Public Hearing on January 10, 1979 in the
Council Room of the Weaver Street Firehouse, Weaver Street
and Edgewood Avenue, Town of Mamaroneck, Larchmont, New
York at 8: 15 P.M. on the application of A. R. Spencer
Associates, Inc. for the approval of a revised subdivi-
sion Map of Blossom Grove showing changes in lots 9 and
10 and known on the Tax Assessment Map of the Town of
Mamaroneck as Block 403 Parcel 375.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all persons present will be given
an opportunity to be heard.
Mr. Spencer appeared before the Board who reviewed the
plan with the setback requirements for lot 9.
After a brief discussion the Board approved the plan and
the following Resolution was adopted:
WHEREAS, A. R. Spencer Associates , Inc. has
filed with this Board an application for the
approval of a revised subdivision map of Blos-
som Grove showing changes in lots 9 and 10
and known on the Tax Assessment Map of the
Town of Mamaroneck as Block 403 Parcel 375;
and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held on January
10, 1979 pursuant to Sections 276 and 277 of
the Town Law after publication of a notice thereof
in the official newspaper of the Town of Mama-
roneck, the Daily Times; and
WHEREAS , this Board has examined the plans and
determined that the same are all satisfactory
subject to the condition hereinafter recited;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the application of.A. R. Spencer
Associates, Inc. is hereby granted subject to
the applicant's compliance with setback require-
ments for lot 9 as set forth in the Resolution
approved at the hearing held February 8, 1978.
PROPOSED SHOPPING CENTER - 1262 BOSTON POST ROAD
Mr. Rosenshein who hopes to construct a shop-
ping center on the Post Lodge property asked
the Board to informally review his plans.
Mr. Rosenshein appeared before the Board with
his Architect, Mr. Franz, even though they were
not on the agenda, and said that they had an
application before the Zoning Board on January
24, 1979.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before this meet-
ing it was adjourned at 9:30 P .M.
