OF MAMARONECK HELD FEBRUARY 9, 1977, IN THE COUNCIL ROOM OF THE
WEAVER STREET FIREHOUSE , WEAVER STREET AND EDGEWOOD AVENUE, LARCH-
MONT, NEW YORK.
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman at 8:15
P.M.

Present: Mr. Fred L. Maggini , Chairman
Mr. Joseph Rigano
Mr. G. Norman Blair
Mrs. Mary Carlson
Absent: Mr. Edward J. Cibulay
Also present: Mr. Charles R. Elfreich, P.E. , Town Engineer
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes of the meeting of January 12, 1977 were pre-
sented and on motion duly made and seconded, approved
as submitted.
PUBLIC HEARING - APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF SUBDIVISION -"PRINCE
WILLOWS - SECTION 2A"
The Chairman stated that the plan had been discussed at
the previous meeting and that the neighbors who had at-
tended the meeting of January 12th were notified of the
Public Hearing. None of the neighbors appeared and after
a brief discussion the Board approved the application.
The following Resolution was therefore adopted:
WHEREAS, Mr. Abe Pollack, owner of the premises
located at the end of Fairway Drive and known
on the Tax Assessment Map of the Town of Mama-
roneck as Block 333 Parcel 3000 and part of
Parcels 836 and 837 has filed with this Board
an application for the approval of the subdi-
vision of this plat; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 276 and 277 of
the Town Law, a Public Hearing was held on Feb-
ruary 9, 1977, after notice was published in
the official newspaper of the Town of Mamaro-
neck, the Daily Times ; and
WHEREAS, this Board has examined the plans and
determined that the same are all satisfactory;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the application of Mr. Abe Pol-
lack be approved sitj ct to the following con-
ditions :
1 . That the applicant shall install
all street improvements in accord-
ance with the standard and procedure
acceptable to the appropriate Town
Departments.
2. That no building permits shall
be issued until the applicant either
furnishes a performance bond or posts
a cash deposit in an amount speci-
fied by the Town Engineer for the
completion of such improvements.
3. That formal offers or deeds of
cession to the public of all streets ,
highways, easements or public places
indicated on the plans filed with
the Planning Board shall be in form
satisfactory to the Town Attorney
until such streets are formally ac-
cepted by the Town Board, provided
that such delivery of such offers
or deeds shall not constitute an
acceptance by the Town of any dedi-
cation of any such street, highway,
easements or public places, nor waive
the payment of necessary title changes
and recording fees, but that such
acceptance shall be based upon the
adoption of a Resolution by the Town
Board.
4. That the applicants obtain ap-
proval from the Westchester County
Health Department for all public
water suppliy facilities and public
sanitary sewers to serve all struc-
tures intended for human occupancy
constructed in said subdivision.
5. That the applicant furnish con-
struction drawings to be approved
by the Town Engineer.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon compliance with
the above conditions , the Chairman of the Plan-
ning Board is hereby authorized to sign such
subdivision map as evidence of approval of same.
WESTCHESTER COUNTY PLANNING BOARD
Miss Susan Gallion of the Westchester County Department
of Planning presented slides describing the functions
of the County Planning Board. The liaison program and
technical assistance services which are available to

municipalities were explained.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before this meet-
ing it was adjourned at 9:00 P.M.
