MAMARONECK HELD OCTOBER 8, 1980, IN THE COUNCIL ROOM OF THE WEAVER
STREET FIREHOUSE, WEAVER STREET AND EDGEWOOD AVENUE, LARCHMONT,
NEW YORK.
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman at 8:30
P.M.

Advisory Committee
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes of the meeting of August 13, 1980 were presented
and on motion duly made and seconded, approved as submitted.
Mr. Blair advised those present that at the request of
Mr. Barrett, the Chairman of the Conservation Advisory
Committee, a joint meeting would be held after the close
of the regular meeting to discuss SEQR.
APPLICATION FOR SUBDIVISION OF LOT ON COOPER LANE - PRELIMINARY HEARING
The applicant was represented by Mr. Hunter Meighan, an
Attorney of 100 Mamaroneck Avenue, who said that the ap-
plicant intends to sell the present dwelling and the vacant
lot to two separate parties . Mr. Meighan stated that Mrs.
Ross had purchased the property in 1944.
It was pointed out that both lots conform to the zoning
and meet all the requirements for the area. The Board,
also, pointed out that there was water and sewers and deter-
mined that there would be no adverse environmental impact.
After further discussion the Chairman advised the Secre-
tary to arrange for the Public Hearing at the next meeting.
APPLICATION FOR SUBDIVISION OF LOT ON OLD WHITE PLAINS ROAD - PRELIMINARY
HEARING
Mr. Eugene Magnetti , who is the contract vendee for the
subdivision of the property into three building lots ap-
peared before the Board. The plan shows an existing ease-
ment which is private and a proposed cul-de-sac which would
be built according to Town specifications .
It was pointed out that the proposed houses for the three
lots would be connected to the existing sewer on the op-
posite side of Old White Plains Road.
The Board discussed how the applicant intended to lay
out the proposed dwellings and in particular on lot #3
which is a corner lot and decided that on the final plan
they would like Mr. Magnetti to have the location of the
proposed houses drawn in . The Board determined that there
would be no adverse environmental impact.
After further discussion the Chairman advised the Secre-
tary to arrange for the Public Hearing at the next meet-
ing.
JOINT MEETING WITH CONSERVATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE
The Board discussed with Mr. Barrett and members of the
Conservation Advisory Committee the rules of SEQR relat-
ing to planning and decided that a record should be made
part of the file for every application that comes before
the Board as to its final conclusion .
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before this meet-
ing it was adjourned at 10:30 P.M.
