MAMARONECK HELD OCTOBER 13, 1982 , IN THE AUDITORIUM OF THE WEAVER
STREET FIREHOUSE, WEAVER STREET AND EDGEWOOD AVENUE, LARCHMONT,
NEW YORK.
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman at 8:15
P.M.
ROLL CALL
Present: Mr. Paul Kalos , Chairman
Mrs. Mary Carlson
Mr. Warner Pyne, Jr.
Mr. Anton Schramm
Mr. Emil Nicolaysen
Also present: Mr. Charles R. Elfreich, P.E. , Town Engineer
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes of the meeting of September 15, 1982 were
presented and on motion duly made and seconded, approved
as submitted.
APPLICATION OF GARFIELD HOUSING
The Board at a Public Hearing discussed the Final Environ-
mental Impact Statement and the application for the amalga-
mation of the two parcels with the elimination of three
Town street and creation of one Town street for the above-
mentioned applicant. The decision of the Board on a vote
of 4 to 1 with Mrs. Carlson voting against was to accept
the Final Environmental Impact Statement. The Board,
also, decided to adjourn without voting on the amalgama-
tion of the two parcels and the elimination of the three
Town streets with the creation of one Town Street. Mr.
Kalos said they would wait for the return of the Town
Attorney for advice as to the conditions they would be
permitted to impose.
A Court Snographer was present and his report will serve
as the record for the meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before this meet-
ing it was adjourned at 11 :30 P.M.
