Site Plan Review — Commerce Bank — 105 North Chatsworth Avenue — Block 607, Lot 1 Referred by the Village of Larchmont Planning Board CZMC found the proposed action to be consistent with the policies set forth in the LWRP. However, it is recommended that the Planning Commission seek the opinion of WI and the NYSDEC on the adequacy of the proposed site remediation plan and the applicant's response to WI's comments on the plan. In addition, since there is already such a limited amount of available parking on site, the applicant should be questioned regarding the possibility of changes to the current site plan that may further reduce the number of parking spaces (e.g.,. stormwater detention structures, monitoring wells, water treatment system equipment, etc.) and the Traffic Commission should be asked to review the effect of such changes on the number of available parking spaces. 3.
